Free trial

Inevitably, before investing in testing for candidates or staff members, any employer needs to be satisfied that the test results will provide the sort of report that is sought.

The report will need to be easily read, insightful, and concise. Moreover it will need to be accurate. You need to be confident that the report will accurately indicate the traits of your candidate upon which you are going to base your decision. And that confidence probably needs greater support than promises we may make.

In order for companies, recruitment agencies, career advising centers, schools and institutions to establish their confidence in the accuracy of these tests and the reports they produce, Job Match Profiling Ltd are prepared to offer a 15 day free trial of our website. There are, understandably, special conditions that apply:

  • The access to the free trial is limited to companies, recruitment agencies, career advising centers, schools and institutions. In order to take advantage of the free trial offer you have to represent your HR Department or be a decision maker willing to integrate our assessment tools.
  • Once registered for the free trial, there is a 15 day period available to provide the full access and free credits.
  • In order for you to trial the service free of charge, we will credit 70 points to your account.

We urge you to utilise these free points to purchase tests to provide reports on yourself, existing staff, or individuals you know well, particularly as far as their work competencies and limitations are concerned. In this way you will be able to realistically judge the accuracy of the test result.

We would be interested to receive your comments on these reports, or any others you purchase, particularly for their accuracy and value for your purposes.

  • Q. “Which Candidates Should I Profile?”
    A. “Only Those You Want To Retain!”

  • "If only I had known – they are simply not the right person for that job!"

  • It should not be so much a matter of “Could this person do the job?”

  • It should be a question of “Is this the very best candidate available for this role?”

  • "Isn’t it time you put the brakes on the revolving door of staff churn!"

  • "Most stress is caused by being in a role for which you are simply not suited!"
