How to create a customised profile
From this link, choose the test for which you wish to create a customised profile, to measure individual profiles against.
Assign a name to the role which is represented by this profile. (e.g. Branch Travel Consultant)
Click on “configure” to assign values to each of the criteria which will be measured in this test.
It is recommended that you test (say) three of your top performers who currently work in that role, and at least one poor performer in the same role, in order to check that your new customised profile does represent the ideal employee you seek.
